Shipping times may vary depending on the specific products you order. For all Prepaid and COD orders within India, shipping is provided free of charge.

Typically, after dispatch, you can expect your order to arrive within 5 to 7 working days, although this timeline may differ based on location.

Please note that unforeseen factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and strikes affecting our courier partners and transporters, can impact delivery times. Requests for address changes can only be accommodated before an order has been shipped.

Orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours of placement. Premroop reserves the right to cancel orders or defer delivery in cases of uncertain circumstances.

For non-serviceable pincode areas, we recommend customers pre-pay for COD orders so we can arrange dispatch through alternative couriers.

COD Orders exceeding Rs10,000 are required to make a 20% advance payment before dispatch. Multiple orders from the same customer will be treated as separate transactions.


Yes, we do offer international shipping services. Customers worldwide are welcome to shop on our website. We collaborate with well-established delivery companies to ensure safe and timely delivery of your international shipments.

The shipping fee for international orders is calculated based on the total weight of the parcel, which is determined during the order checkout process. International shipping charges are calculated per 500 grams. For instance, if the combined parcel weight is 1.25 kg, shipping charges will apply for 1.5 kg.

Cancellation requests for international orders are accepted only if the order has not been shipped, and they must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order via email.

Are there additional costs for international shipping and duties?

Due to the international shipping process, some customers may be subject to additional import duties and taxes upon the parcel's arrival in their country. While most orders will not incur such fees, we cannot predict when or how much these occasional customs duties will be imposed. Should such additional charges apply, the customer is responsible for covering them.

If a customer refuses to pay customs duties or other import-related charges, they will be held accountable for the shipping costs, and the refund will be processed after deducting these shipping expenses.
